The 3rd European Mantle Workshop aims at providing a framework of advanced knowledge on the evolution of the Earth’s mantle. The workshop is mainly intended to discuss the mantle beneath Europe and neighboring areas; presentations from other parts of the world are welcome. Main topics are:

The Italian Society of Mineralogy and Petrology (SIMP) gives 4 grants for SIMP Junior Members (under 35 years old) at the deadline, unstructured (i.e. students, PhD students, scholarship students, research fellows), who will attend EMAW2018 meeting with a poster or oral contribution.

The grant covers the cost of registration, including pre and post conference field trips.
