BY AIRPLANE & BUS
The town of Pavia does not have its own airport. It is served by the two Airports in Milan, Linate and Malpensa, or by the airport of Orio al Serio (Bergamo).

LINATE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
There is a daily bus service from the Milano Linate airport to Pavia run by Botti transportation company.

MALPENSA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TERMINAL 1/TERMINAL 2
From Milano Malpensa airport there is no bus service to Pavia.
There is a daily bus service, Malpensa Shuttle, connecting Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to Milan Central Station (Milano Stazione Centrale) and from there you can take a train to Pavia.
Otherwise there is a train service, Malpensa Express, taking you to Milan Central Station and, again, from there you can take a train to Pavia.

ORIO AL SERIO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
From Orio al Serio - Bergamo, there is a bus service to Milan Central Station.

BY TRAIN
Pavia is on the Milano - Genova railway line: there is a frequent train service from Milano Centrale/Lambrate/Rogoredo (and also other stations) to Pavia. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes.

BY CAR
Pavia is on the A7 highway, 30 kilometers south of Milano Ring Road (Tangenziale). The exit for Pavia is Bereguardo/Pavia Nord.

From the Italian border: A22 (direction Verona) - A4 (direction Milano) - A21 (direction Torino) - Leave the highway at Broni/Stradella junction and follow the road signs to Pavia.

GOTTARDO
From the Italian border: A9 (direction Milano) - Tangenziale ovest of Milano - A7 (direction Genova) - Leave the highway at Bereguardo/Pavia Nord junction and follow the road signs to Pavia.

From France, Spain and Portugal
MONTE BIANCO
From the Italian border: SS26 (direction Aosta) - A5 (direction Torino) - Link highway A4/A5 - A4 (direction Milano) - Tangenziale ovest di Milano - A7 (direction Genova) - Leave the highway at Bereguardo/Pavia Nord junction and follow the road signs to Pavia.

FREJUS
From the Italian border: SS335/SS24 (direction Torino) - Tangenziale sud di Torino (direction A21) - A21 (direction Piacenza) - A7 (direction Milano) - Leave the highway at Bereguardo/Pavia Nord junction and follow the road signs to Pavia.

VENTIMIGLIA
From the Italian border: A10 (direction Genova) - A26 (direction Milano) - Link highway A26/A7 (direction Milano) - A7 (direction Milano) - Leave the highway at Bereguardo/Pavia Nord and follow the road signs to Pavia.

From Eastern Europe
